Questions
What should I send?
Service and repair invoices, the title and registration, the purchase agreement, the window sticker or build sheet, and any warranty, recall, or parts paperwork. The more records you send, the more of the car's history we can corroborate.
Do you need my originals?
No. Send copies, never originals. Scans and clear phone photos upload fine, and paper copies can go in the mail.
How long do you keep my records?
Verified and Presented keep your dossier and the copies you send for 7 years. Collector keeps them for life.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Vintrak Verified works on the free Driver plan. All you need is an account.
Is this a mechanical inspection?
No. We examine the car's records, not the car. For its mechanical condition, take it to a mechanic you trust.
Is Vintrak Verified available outside the United States?
Not yet. It's available for cars in the United States.
